Judy Tse

Senior Tax Manager

Judy has extensive tax advisory experience and has acted as a senior client relationship manager for various multinational and Australian headquartered organisations, as well as for multi- jurisdictional high net worth families and small/medium businesses. She has experience across various industries and brings a very empathetic and considered approach when engaging with clients on their tax advisory matters.

More recently, Judy has developed a growing passion and skills set in advising high net worth families with personal and financial interests across the world, and who are interested in migrating human and financial capital between countries.  This is complemented well by Judy’s fluency in the Mandarin and Cantonese languages, as well as her deep appreciation for the fact that while there are often similarities between families, the reality is that each family is different from the next.  As such she absolutely believes in the need to tailor a bespoke solution to each family, so that the goals and objectives of each family (and their constituent members) are taken into account and duly catered for.

Judy is passionate about investing in understanding her clients, their context and aspirations. This is critical because it allows and equips Judy to be aligned with her clients’ interests and objectives and to partner with them in pursuing these objectives. While her personal expertise lies in tax advisory, Judy considers that tax advisory sits within a much wider context of helping clients achieve their immediate and longer term goals in a commercial and pragmatic manner. Judy considers client service excellence is key and will always do her best to ensure clients have a positive and engaging service experience with her and her team.

Helping others achieve their goals and aspirations, and to realise their potential, is one of Judy’s personal passions.  She loves to help and support colleagues and contacts in their endeavours, and to be a part of their ongoing journey of professional and personal development.  Judy strongly believes that every individual is blessed with differing gifts and talents, and that it is a privilege for her to have the opportunity to help others utilise and develop these different gifts and talents.

Judy is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Lawyer of the NSW Supreme Court. She also holds a Master of Laws (specialising in Taxation) from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Commerce-Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University.
